Overview
The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) wanted to give MS patients something that didn't exist: a centralized, trustworthy digital resource presenting treatment options in plain language, backed by real physicians and real patient voices. The challenge wasn't just building a website — it was coordinating clinical expertise, video production, UX design, and content strategy across an organization with high standards, a sensitive audience, and complex medical compliance requirements.
The Challenge
Healthcare digital projects fail for predictable reasons: too many stakeholders with conflicting review cycles, clinical and creative teams who don't share a language, and content that keeps expanding in scope. This initiative had all three risks in play — plus a mandate to produce 38 individual videos featuring physicians and patients, each requiring coordination, scheduling, production, and review.

What I Did
Established the full project roadmap, milestone structure, and quality checkpoints before a single deliverable was in flight
Coordinated end-to-end production of 38 videos featuring neurologists, clinicians, and MS patients — managing scheduling, release logistics, review cycles, and delivery
Oversaw UX design and content integration to ensure treatment information was accessible to a non-clinical audience without losing medical accuracy
Managed cross-functional coordination across MSAA leadership, Wondros creative and strategy teams, and medical contributors
Implemented a technical maintenance framework so content could remain current and compliant after launch

Results
The MSAA Ultimate MS Treatment Guide launched as the first resource of its kind in the United States — a comprehensive, physician-backed, patient-voiced digital hub for MS treatment information. 38 videos produced. Multiple clinical voices coordinated. One launch window hit.
The platform continues to serve the MS community as a primary reference for treatment decision-making and remains live and current — a direct result of the maintenance infrastructure built into delivery.
Final Thoughts
If your initiative requires coordinating experts who don't normally work together — clinical and creative, technical and strategic, internal teams and external contributors — this is the kind of delivery leadership I bring. I keep complex, multi-stakeholder work moving without letting any one bottleneck define the outcome.
This work was completed during my time at Wondros, where I led project delivery.
